Add one script to your CRM, helpdesk or admin panel. Your agents sign in with their Kwic email and reply to customers on WhatsApp without switching tabs.

This address hosts the widget. It is meant to run inside your own website, so there is nothing to use on this page directly.

Set it up in four steps

A workspace admin does steps 1 to 3 once. Every agent then does step 4 on their own.

  1. Turn it on

    Enable the WhatsApp Widget app for your workspace.

    Kwic → Integrations

  2. Allow your sites

    List the websites that may show the widget, such as your CRM. It won't load anywhere else.

    Settings → Developer → WhatsApp widget

  3. Paste the embed code

    Copy it from the same settings page, with your widget id filled in, and add it before </body>.

  4. Sign in and reply

    Agents open the widget, enter their Kwic email and the one-time code sent to them. That's it.

Built to be safe on someone else's page

The widget runs in its own secure frame, separate from the website around it.

Only on sites you allow

The browser itself refuses to show your widget on any website that isn't on your list.

Same access as in Kwic

Each agent sees exactly the chats and numbers they can see in Kwic. Nothing more.

No passwords on your site

Sign-in happens inside the widget with a one-time email code. Your website never sees it.

Something not working?

The two things people run into most.

The widget doesn't appear on my site

Check that the site's exact address, such as https://crm.yourcompany.com, is in your allowed websites, and that the WhatsApp Widget app is turned on.

I didn't get a sign-in code

Use the email of your Kwic account, and make sure you are an active member of the workspace. Check your spam folder too.
